Thanks for checking in with us, harish.chandra.

We can enable the online delivery option so you can add e-invoicing to your company. To enable this one, follow the steps below:

  1. Click the Gear icon at the top of the main page.
  2. Under Your Company, choose Account and Settings.
  3. Tap the Sales tab.
  4. Tick Online delivery.
  5. In the Additional email options for invoices, choose Online invoice.
  6. Hit Save and press Done.

Once done, you can send an e-invoice in QuickBooks Online (QBO). You may also receive online payments on your invoices using Razorpay, a leading Indian electronic payments processor. You can connect your existing Razorpay account or sign up for a new account and connect it to your QuickBooks company file. Just check out the Payment enabled invoices—Razorpay article for the steps and details.

If you need to send invoices over time as you work off an estimate, see the Set up and send progress invoices in the QuickBooks Online article for more details. Feel free to visit our Manage Customers and income page for more insight about managing your company income and sales transactions.

I'd like to know how you get on after trying the steps, as I want to ensure this is resolved for you. Please reply to this post and I'll get back to you. Take care always.
