I'm here to help you get past this banking concern, 9130 3516 2129 6916.

 

Updates may be stuck that's why you aren't getting the latest transactions. You can log in to the bank's website and check the following.

 

  1. Check your account for messages, notifications, or alerts.
  2. Look for any display issues as you navigate the website. These can block QuickBooks from downloading new transactions.
  3. Check your bank’s website for any announcements about new security requirements.
     

If you see a message about additional authentication, follow the onscreen steps to continue the update. If everything looks good, go back to QuickBooks and manually update it.

  1. Go to the Banking menu.
  2. Click Update.

 

If you recently update your account number, username, or password on your bank's website, make sure to update them in QuickBooks as well. Here's how:

 

  1. Go to the Banking menu.
  2. Choose your bank, then select the Edit ✎ icon.
  3. Select Edit sign-in info.
  4. Update your info as needed.

 

If the same issue persists, you can download transactions from your bank. Then, manually import them to QuickBooks.
