Hi there, sandyder.

I'm glad to see you posting here in QuickBooks Community. I'd appreciate you for providing information that you've already called and emailed for help from our Support.

May I ask if you receive an error or any message when trying to post or use Reverse charge in the invoice? I'd thank you for any further details so I can present accurate information.

In the meantime, I'd suggest logging in to your QuickBooks account using a private browser. This will verify if your cache is full. This can also be the reason that you're unable to post reverse charges in the invoices for your clients.

Use these keyboard shortcuts based on the browser you're using.

  • For Internet Explorer of Firefox, press Ctrl + Shift + P.
  • For Chrome, press Ctrl + Shift + N.
  • For Safari, hold down Command + Shift + N.

If it works in incognito, I'd recommend clearing the cache of your regular browser. This removes the history or log of sites so you can start with a clean slate. If the steps above didn't work, use another supported browser as an alternative.

Please know that you're always welcome to post if you have any other concerns. Wishing you and your business continued success.
