Hi, can one add other methods of payments?

I'm here to help add another payment method in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

QBO International only accepts credit card payments for your expenses and daily sales. Other methods are writing a cheque and creating a bank transfer.

You can look for a third-party app that accepts customer payments. Then, record your sales in QuickBooks.
