Currently, the accessibility to the Snap Receipt feature may vary by location. It is currently accessible in a few countries, including Australia, Canada, the United States, and the United Kingdom. I advise looking for a third-party tool that will let you capture receipts if you have a different version.

 

In the interim, you should consider manually attaching files to your transactions in QBO. For more information on using this feature, see this article: Add or delete attachments in QuickBooks Online.

 

For Android devices:

 

  1. Click the Menu button.
  2. Select the Gear icon.
  3. Scroll down and then choose feedback under the Help section.
  4. Enter your feedback and product suggestions.
  5. Tap Send Feedback.

 

For iOS devices:

 

  1. Go to the Menu ☰ icon, then select Help & Feedback.
  2. Select App Feedback.
  3. Type in your feedback and product suggestions.
