Hi- I am not able to download a TB with opening balance (eg. Pl should have Opening balance+current month transaction= Closing balance).

Welcome to the Community. I can share some clarification about the Trial Balance report in QuickBooks Online.

Currently, the option or ability to customize the columns of the report and show the opening balance is unavailable. For now, you can only view the beginning balance of each account by clicking the amounts under the Debit and Credit column.

To download the report, you can use the Export feature. This way, you'll be able to get a copy of the data to Excel and customize it further based on your needs (see screenshot below).

Though, it would be beneficial to run the report with opening balance in the Online version, too. Our engineers might be working to bring this feature over to this platform in the future.  You can check our QuickBooks Resources for product updates.
