Hey there, rekar. Invoices in QuickBooks Online (QBO) are created individually for each customer.

However, you can create an unscheduled recurring invoice in your QBO account for multiple customers with the same items or services on different dates. By doing so, you can automate the process of generating invoices for customers who have consistent billing cycles, allowing you to save time and effort compared to manually creating invoices each time.

Please note that this functionality is available for Essentials and Plus versions of QBO. I'll walk you through the process:

1. Navigate to the Settings menu and select Recurring Transactions.
2. Click on the New button. 
3. In the dropdown menu labeled Transaction Type, choose Invoice and click OK. 
4. Provide a name for the template. In the Type dropdown menu, select Unscheduled. 
5. From the Customer drop-down, select the name of the customer.
6. Fill in all the required invoice information and click Save template.

To access the unscheduled invoice template on the Recurring Transactions page, click on the hyperlink provided in the Action column. From there, manually select the customer's name and send the invoice by clicking the Save and send button. Repeat this process for each customer until all sales transactions have been sent.
