I can see how advantageous it is to create an estimate with various options, iahmed. However, this option is currently impossible in QuickBooks Online (QBO). You'll have to generate each of them manually so your client can choose the proposal they prefer.

Here's how to create an estimate:

  1. Go to + New, then select Estimate.
  2. Select a customer from the Add customer dropdown.
  3. In the Product/service field, add the products or services to the estimate.
  4. If you saved a rate for your product or service, it automatically displays in the Amount column. Add or adjust the quantity or amount as needed.
  5. The default status of a new estimate is Pending. If you need to edit the status, select the Pending dropdown and choose a different status.
  6. To customise the estimate, select Manage.
  7. When you're ready, select Save or Review and send to email.

After that, you can convert your estimate to an invoice.
