Hi I want to now what happen with case no. [removed] “QR code”, 10 days and still I don'tnow about the case. please tell me when will finish because I need it ASAP.

However, if you wish to know the update about your concern, you can request for callback or chat by logging in to your QuickBooks Online account. You can present the case number to our representative and help you get the latest information in a private communication space.

 

Here's how:

  1. Go to the Help menu at the upper right.
  2. Go to the Search tab and then select Contact Us.
  3. Enter your concern.
  4. Click Let’s talk.
  5. Choose Get a callback or Chat.
