It's a delight to see your post today, sivajaninerose.

Yes, you can customize the format, style and template of your invoices in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

Here's how to set up a new template and style it the way you want:

  1. Click the Gear icon.
  2. Under Your Company, click Custom Form Styles.
  3. To create a new template, click the New style button in the upper right-hand corner.
  4. Select Invoice.
  5. Go to the Design tab to edit the template name, logo, color, font, and margins. Then, go to the Content tab to customize the header, body, and footer of the invoice template.
  6. Click Done when finished.

For additional reference, you can read through this guide on how to customize invoices, estimates, and sales receipts.

Now you can apply the template to your invoice. I'll show you the steps on how to do it:

  1. Open an invoice.
  2. Click Customize and choose a template.
  3. Fill in the necessary information and click Save and close.

Be sure to drop me a reply if you have additional questions. I'd be more than happy to help. Stay safe and have a good one.
