Hi @info-brennanroof, I want to make sure this matter is addressed timely.

There are times your browser is full of frequently accessed page resources causing websites, like QuickBooks Online (QBO), to act weirdly. And can be the reason why you're unable to load and change the colour of the logo on your invoices.

To begin with, let's consider QBO using a private browser. To use a private or incognito browser, here's how:

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl Shift P
  • Safari: Command Option P
  • Edge: Ctrl Shift + N

If this works, it means you need to clear your browser's cache so the system can start fresh and you're now able to customise the template of your invoice to load your logo. But if you get the same result while using a private browser, let's switch to different supported browsers instead.

If there's anything else that I can help you with aside from processing online invoices, please let me know by leaving any comments below. I'll be here to lend a hand. Stay safe always!
