Hi! My QuickBooks has problems recently. I prepare one invoice and when I need to print it, it comes out in Italian. Customer service is ignoring me. Anyone can help?

It always worked perfectly and once Quickbooks has done an upgrade I have this issue from my account, from the mobile phone app and from all computers. ll the settings are ok and the labels in the customized invoice are in english. I cannot send anything to my clients

I can help you print your invoice according to your preferred language in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

 

To change your invoice to English, you can set up the language translation for your specific customers in their profile. I'd be happy to show you how to do that.

 

  1. At the left navigation panel click on Sales and select Customers.
  2. Locate the customer you want to change the language and select Edit.
  3. Under the Payments tab click the dropdown menu for Language to use when you send invoices.
  4. Choose the drop-down icon and choose English.
  5. Then click Save

 

Once completed, refresh the page and generate an invoice. Then, choose Print or Preview to verify that the language has been switched to English.
