Hi, Problem that just occured today.. When I have an invoice open I cannot see all the columns. The delete column is so wide it is off screen and so I cannot drag narrow

I have no idea what caused this, suggestions appreciated.

I can see the convenience of seeing all the columns when opening an invoice, @gearoid. This way, you can select the correct information and send it to your customers on time.

 

One of the reasons for the sudden display changes in the program is the cache piled up on your browser. To isolate this, let's use a private browser to access your QuickBooks account. This doesn't retain local files, so this helps rule out the possibility of a webpage issue.

 

Here are the keyboard shortcuts you can use, according to the browser you're using:

 

  • For Firefox, press Ctrl + Shift + P
  • For Chrome, press Ctrl + Shift + N
  • For Safari, hold down Command + Shift + N

 

From there, check to see if everything looks good on your invoices. Please also make sure it's not zoomed in, as the window display corresponds to the size. If this works, you'll need to clear the browser's cache so you can start with a clean slate. You can also use other supported browsers as alternatives.
