Question

Hi team, I made a big mistake by upgrading and enabling multi-currency. Now I can't disable it/downgrade it. Need advice on how to migrate my data to a new QBO account.

I need to migrate all of my data, including invoices transactions products etc. So the export/import doesn't work enough for me. Truly outrageous that QBO doesn't have this capability but it is what it is and I would appreciate assistance with a solution for this. Thank you!

Hello there, info@deafadventu. I'm here to share information about migration data in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

For now, there's no way to migrate all the data directly from one QuickBooks to another. The only process is to Export/Import. However, you can utilize a third-party app that helps you transfer all the data.

Here's how to find one:

  1. Sign in to your QBO account.
  2. Click the Apps tab on the left navigation menu.
  3. Select Find Apps, then enter your preferred application.

Since data migration is currently unavailable in QBO, I recommend sending feedback directly to our product engineers. Your input is greatly appreciated.

Here's how:

  1. Select the Gear icon and choose Feedback.
  2. Fill in your suggestions in the Feedback field.
  3. Select Next to send it.

In addition, you can consider checking this article to personalize and add specific info to your sales forms: Customise invoices, estimates, and sales receipts in QuickBooks Online.

If you have further questions about migration or any QuickBooks-related concerns, feel free to leave a reply. We're here to assist you 24/7.

@info@deafadventu

You may consider purchasing a 3rd party migration service.
