You need to have a free invoicing app to integrate with your QBO.

Hello there, hhaidaryco17-gma.

I understand how time-consuming it is to manually enter the price every time you make a sale. It also saves you a lot of time when you use the Pricing Rules feature.

The option to turn on this feature isn't available in the global versions of QuickBooks Online (QBO). As an alternative, you'll want to look for a third-party app to integrate with your QBO account. I'll show you how.

  1. Hover to the Apps menu in your QBO account and browse for an app from there.
  2. Select the app that suits your business needs.
  3. Then hit Get app now to link it to your account.

Once you're all set, you can follow this link for tips on handling your customers' payments flawlessly: Record invoice payments in QuickBooks Online.
