Hi there! we are facing issue with the payment. Presently, the account has been freezed even though we have been trying to pay using different options. We used following

We used following option to make the payment 1. Karbon card (karboncard.com) 2. Tried netbanking through our ICICI bank account 3. Used personal debit card Below are the screenshots attached for your reference. Please let me know how to resolve this issue at the earliest as we are not able to use Quickbooks and this is effecting our business.

I appreciate the efforts you've performed to process the payment and the impact of any delay that might cause to your business.

 

To get this resolved, I'd suggest contacting our Merchant Support Team. They have extra tools to pull up your account securely and check the possible reasons why you can't process the payment.
