Hi, why am I being charged for quickbooks online and quickbooks accounting? Aren’t they the same?

Allow me to get you pointed in the right direction to ensure that this billing concern gets addressed.

 

QuickBooks Online (Simple Start, Essentials, Plus) and QuickBooks Online for Accountant are different types of versions. These come with separate corresponding fees.

 

However, to help determine the reason behind the charges that you received, I recommend contacting our Customer Care Team. They have the necessary tools to pull up your account and provide details about your subscription. They will also discuss with you the information regarding the fees.

Here's how you can reach our support:

  1. Click on Help at the top menu bar.
  2. Hit on the Contact Us button.
  3. Enter a brief description of the issue in the What can we help you with? box.
  4. Press on Let's talk.
