I recognize that time is essential when running a business. I'm here to help make sure you can create the invoice. 

 

The ability to undo a voided invoice and other transactions is currently unavailable. However, let's open the Audit Log report to get the information from the deleted sales entry and then create it again. 

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Go to the Gear icon at the top of your company to choose Audit Log under Tools.
  2. This action will open a page that shows the list of activities performed in your company.
  3. In the Event tab, look for the voided invoice and tap the View link to see more details. 
  4. On the History of this transaction page, take note of the information.
