I know a way how to get this done in QuickBooks Online, usercosmicindia2019.

We can customise your invoice template, then add the bank details to the footer field.

Here’s how:

  1. Go to the Gear icon and then select Custom Form Styles.
  2. Locate the Standard style and select Edit on the right-hand side of the column.
  3. Click the Content tab.
  4. In the last section, click on the Pencil icon.
  5. Enter your bank account details in the Footer text box.
  6. Click Done.

Once done, you can now create invoices. Then, click Print or Preview to see the details.

Additionally, you can create your own invoice template. To learn more, I encourage checking this article: Import Custom Form Styles.

In case you need additional assistance in managing your sales transactions, I suggest letting us know.
