Hi there, @srinidhienterpri.

I'd be glad to assist you with changing the information on your invoice. I'd like to know which part you'd like to change so that I can give you a specific resolution. Is it with your business details, customer's details, or the item details?

If you've submitted the invoice and you want to change the details, you can simply go to the Sales menu, click on the invoice transaction and make changes. However, if you're referring to personalizing the invoice, you can change it in the Settings. Here's how:

  1. Go to the Settings, then select Custom form styles.
  2. Click the New button and choose Invoice.
  3. There are three tabs to locate the specific section you'd like to customize. I've also added some screenshots for your additional reference:
    • Design - This is where you can choose the font, size, color, logo, and margin of your invoice.
    • Content - This section where you can customize the form, and business details such as Company name, address, contact number, website, and Company CIN.

    • Emails - This where you can see what the invoice looks like on the customer's side.
  4. After the customization, you can select Done.

To know more about this great feature, you can check out this article: Customise invoices, estimates, and sales receipts in QuickBooks Online.

I've included this article for your future tasks about receiving your customers' payments: Record invoice payments in QuickBooks Online. This contains sub-articles to guide you further about how to create a sales receipt and the importance of Undeposited Funds.

Please don't hesitate to tag my name in the comment section below if you have other concerns or questions. I'm ready to back you up. Take care.
