    QuickBooks Online (QBO) provides the flexibility to customize what appears on your invoice, including the business address. I'm here to assist you with this process, Steve.

     

    To ensure your business address is displayed on the invoice, you'll need to enable the Business Address option. Here are the steps to guide you through this setup:
     

    1. Navigate to the Gear icon, and select Custom Form styles.
    2. Click the New style drop-down arrow on the upper-right corner and choose Invoice. Alternatively, if you already have a saved template, select it from the list and click Edit.
    3. Go to the Content tab and click the upper section of the invoice preview where the address is displayed.

    4. Check the Business address box.
    5. Once finished, click Done to save changes.
