I'm here to ensure you'll be able to make your invoice format, @info-junko-fze-c.

Firstly, we can customize it by locating it on the Gear icon in your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account.

I'd be glad to show you how:

  1. On the upper right corner, look for the Gear icon.
  2. Select Custom form styles.
  3. Click the New style dropdown menu, then choose Invoice.
  4. In the Content tab, click on the pencils on the right side to edit.
  5. Once done making changes, hit Done.

Additionally, I've attached an article for you to be able to learn and manage custom roles for your QBO account: Add and manage custom roles in QuickBooks Online.

Keep your post coming if you have any other queries about invoice format in QBO. I'm always here to assist you at any time. Have a great day.
