I'll help you transfer your customer's data from your old version of QuickBooks Online (QBO) to the other one, @richiegriff2-gma.

First, you'll need to login to your old account and export your customer's info to Excel. Let me show you how:

  1. Go to Sales and select Customers.
  2. Click the Export to Excel icon next to the Print list icon.
  3. Save the file as Excel or CSV.

Once done, you can now login to your other account in QBO. Then, import your customer's data from there. Here's how:

  1. Click the Gear icon select Import data.
  2. From the list, click Customers.
  3. Select Browse.
  4. Find and select the Excel file, click Open, then select Next to continue.
  5. Map your data and click Next.
  6. Adjust your data if necessary and then select Import.

Which QB Desktop year and country version do you have? Where is your client's company located?
