I've got some ideas on how to manage your inventories, @userdewale.

Currently, we're unable to track inventories by location and move them from one branch to another. I know some workarounds you can use to get you going.

First, you can turn on either the class or location tracking feature. This helps you associate your inventories when creating transactions.

  1. Click the Gear icon, and then choose Account and settings.
  2. Select Advanced, and then the Categories section to edit.
  3. Enable the Track classes and Track locations radio buttons.
  4. Click Save, and then Done.

Once done, you can now set up your class or location lists as inventory sites.

Another option is to use categories to locate your products and services easily when creating transactions. Let me guide you how:

  1. Go to the Sales menu, and then select the Products and Services tab.
  2. Choose Manage categories from the More drop-down at the top.
  3. Click the New category button, and then create an inventory location you want.
  4. Select Save.

After that, you can now associate the said locations when creating your inventories.

You can also look for a third-party app that can help you move and manage your inventories from one point to another.

To monitor your inventory stocks and status, you can run some reports in QuickBooks Online.

You can lean on me if you need more inventory tips. I'm here to extend a helping hand.

@userdewale

You need an additional app to manage multi warehouses and integrate it with your QBO account.
