QuickBooks Online (QBO) is compatible with PDF, JPEG, JPG, GIF, and PNG image formats. If you're using a newer iPhone or iPad, your images may be saved in the HEIC format. For these, you will need to convert HEIC images to a compatible format that is supported by QBO, Vanessa-van-reeth.

If you're using the mobile app to snap and upload receipts and bills directly from your mobile device, the receipt will be securely saved in QBO. And you can link it to corresponding transactions for record-keeping purposes. Here's how to do it:

    1. Open the QBO mobile app.
    2. Select the Menu icon.
    3. Choose Receipt snap.
    4. Click the Receipt camera and snap a photo of your receipt.
    5. Select Use this photo, and click Done.

You can visit this link to learn how emailing receipts and bills directly to QBO streamlines accounting processes, enhances productivity, and helps maintain a transparent financial overview of the business.
