How can one get a copy of the estimate emailed to a customer with the accompanying message?

Welcome to the QuickBooks Community. I'll ensure to share different details so you're able to get a copy of the emailed estimate with the accompanying message. 

 

To start with, I suggest going to the Sales menu and go to the All Sales section. From there, you'll have the option to print all created estimates that already emailed to a specific customer.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Go to the Sales menu on the left panel.
  2. Select All Sales tab.
  3. Locate the created estimate.
  4. Click the drop-down arrow under the Action column.
  5. Choose Print.

 

 

If you want to get a copy of the created entry through your email, you can send this one by putting your complete email address. Please follow the steps below.

 

  1. Go to the Sales menu on the left panel.
  2. Choose All Sales tab.
  3. Locate the created estimate.
  4. Click the drop-down arrow under the Action column.
  5. Select Send. Then, enter your email address in the To field.
  6. Hit Send.

 

 

Moving forward, you can always enter your email address in the Cc field when creating or sending an estimate. This way, you'll receive every copy of this transaction.
