How can we contact with your customer care team ?

Contacting our QuickBooks Online (QBO) Customer Care team is easy, and I'm here to show you how, @dharmesh-hedaou.

 

Before we start, please know that I'm always ready to help you with all your concerns in managing your QBO company. Don't hesitate to share them and I'll make sure to provide the exact resolution.

 

We've updated our support options in QBO. You'll have to log into your QBO account and visit the Help menu so you can contact our Customer Care team. From there, choose the Start a chat with a support expert option. To do this, here's how:

  1. Sign in to your QBO company.
  2. Go to the Help (?) menu.
  3. In QB Assistant, click the Contact Us button.
  4. Enter a brief description of your concern in the What can we help you with? field.
  5. Select Let's talk.
  6. Choose a way to connect with us (Start a chat). Make sure to initiate contact during support hours to assist you on time.
