How can we enter doctor details on sale invoices?

I've got some insights to share about adding doctor details on your invoice, @jasvirnara-gmail.

 

QuickBooks Online provides an option to add specific information to sales forms. You may consider adding the doctor details in the Message on invoice or Message on statement box. These will show up on the invoice and as a description once you send statements to customers.


Here’s how you do it:

 

  1. Select the +New button.
  2. Choose Invoice under Customers.
  3. Select and enter the needed information in each field.
  4. In the Message on invoice or Message on statement, enter the doctor details.
  5. Press Save and send.
