How do i change form style for payment voucher

The form style in QuickBooks Online is only available for sales transactions. As a workaround, you'll want to use a third-party application that can do this for you. To proceed, you can visit our Apps store and look for an app that integrates well with QBO and allows you to do the process.

You can also do this inside your company by going to the Apps menu on the left panel and entering a keyword in the search field.

I can see how the functionality to edit your template would be beneficial to your business. I'd recommend sending a feature request directly to our Product Development team. This helps us improve your experience and the features of the program.

Here's how to send feedback: 

1. Go to the Gear icon at the top.
2. Click Feedback.
3. Enter your comments or product suggestions.
4. Select Next to submit feedback.
