How do I change the email templet when sending invoices?

If you need to edit the email message and change the color of the email form in QuickBooks Online (QBO), follow the steps below:

1. Go to the Gear icon on the top menu and choose Custom form styles.
2. Look for the sales form template you want to edit or click the New style button to create a new one.
3. Under the Design tab, select Try other colours and choose the color you want to appear on your email.
4. Change the email message tap the Email tab and go to Message to customer field.
5. Once finished, hit Done.

Then, choose the appropriate template whenever you create a sales transaction to apply the changes you made. If you need to personalize the message customers see when they get their estimate, invoice, or sales receipt, please follow the instructions below: 

1. Click the Emails tab.
2. Choose if you want to display details or a summary by selecting Full details or Summarised details.
3. If you’d like to attach a PDF with a full pricing breakdown, select the PDF Attached checkbox.
4. Change the subject line, greeting, and message body by entering your customised text. QuickBooks doesn't show shortened URLs when you send emails to customers. You can customise your invoice reminder emails by selecting the reminder email dropdown.
5. Press Done.
