Welcome to the Community. I'd be glad to help you delete your data in QuickBooks Online.

 

If your account (Plus or Essentials only) is within 90 days of signup, you can use the Purge feature. This process will delete all data in the company file.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online Company.
  2. Change the URL to include /purgecompany
    Example: Change https://app.qbo.intuit.com/app/homepage to https://app.qbo.intuit.com/app/purgecompany
  3. The next screen will provide a summary of the items to delete. Type YES to delete the data, then select OK.

 

If it's more than 90 days old, the only option is to cancel the subscription. We hang on to your data for one year only. Once it exceeds, we remove it from the system completely.

 

Please follow these steps:

 

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online account.
  2. Go to Settings ⚙, then select Account and settings.
  3. Select Billing & Subscription.
  4. Select Cancel.
  5. Follow the on-screen prompts to complete the process.

 

For the registered email address, I recommend contacting our QuickBooks Support Team. They can confirm if deleting the email or removing all data right away is possible.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Click the Help option in the upper-right corner.
  2. Click Contact us.
  3. Follow the onscreen instructions.
