How do i edit receipt . in authorise signatory i want to add signature

Currently, we don't have an option for a digital signature in QuickBooks Online. As a workaround, you can choose either import a style or utilize the third party app so you can add a signature in the Authorised Signatory. 

Here's how to import:

1. Go to the Gear icon in the upper right hand. 
2. Choose QuickBooks Labs. 
3. Turn on the Import style, then click Done. 

After that, go back to the Settings button, then choose Custom form style, and hit the New style drop down to import template. 

For the third party, you can directly go to apps.intuit.com to check available apps. See the sample screenshot below for your reference: 

You can always access, export, and print any reports in your account to manage the transactions. If you want to show specific details, you can customize the Report. For more information about the process, check out this article: Export reports, lists, and more.
