I know a way how you can record sales without recording Accounts Receivables in QuickBooks Online, mansi-charla.

You can record your sales using Sales Receipts in QuickBooks Online. Since the payment portion is part of the transaction, this will not record to your Accounts Receivable.

Here's how:

  1. Click + New in the left panel and choose Sales receipt.
  2. Select the customer from the Customer drop-down.
  3. Enter the sales info, such as the payment method.
  4. Under the products and services, enter the items you sold.
  5. When you're done, select Save and send to email the receipt or Save and close.

To know the difference between invoice and sales receipts, check out this article: When to  use an invoice or a sales receipt in QuickBooks?. It contains more details on how these transactions work in QuickBooks.
