Hello there. I'm here to guide you through including multiple currencies in your invoice.

Let's start by turning on the multicurrency feature. Please note that once Multicurrency is enabled, turning it off is no longer possible, as the currency conversion information will need to be accounted for in the system from that point forward.

Here's how:

  1. Go to the Gear icon.
  2. Select Company Settings.
  3. Select Advanced.
  4. Click Currency.
  5. Check the box labelled Multicurrency to turn this feature on. Note: Once multicurrency is turned on, the home currency is set and cannot be changed in QuickBooks Online. Read and check the box to acknowledge that you understand you can't undo Multicurrency.
  6. Click Save.
  7. Click Done.

Afterward, you'll need to assign your customers to their currency by following the steps below. Whenever you create invoices, it will automatically detect their currency.

Also, I'm adding this article where you can gather additional details on how to manage and handle multiple currencies in QBO: Add an account that uses a foreign currency.

Notify me if I can offer any additional assistance in managing the currency feature in Quickbooks. I'm here to help you further. Stay safe!
