I hope this message finds you well, Joseph. I'm pleased to share some insights about multicurrency.

Once multicurrency is enabled, you can't turn it off or change your home currency. To ensure I provide you with the most accurate information, may I know what you intend to update? It'll help me to assess the situation more effectively and give you the best possible advice.

If you want to modify the exchange rates applied to your entries, open the specific transaction and manually input the correct value on the field provided.

You can also do it directly through the Accounts and Settings page. To start:

  1. Go to the Gear icon, then click on Accounts and Settings.
  2. Tap on Advanced.
  3. Click on Edit currency exchange under Action.

On the other hand, if you want to update the currency linked to your account, you can do so as long as there are no associated transactions. You can access this link for more tips about the process and learn about multicurrencies: Set up and use multicurrency in QuickBooks Online.

Additionally, you may review the details from these materials for more hints about exchange rates and foreign balances:

Let me know in the comment section below if you have follow-up questions while trying to update your data in our system. I'm just a few clicks away to help. Have a good one!
