How May I receive Payment in USD if the customer home currency is in PKR

I am selling Fabrics.. I have customers in different countries. One of my customer is from California but she make payment in PKR usually. but some times she makes payment in USD as CASH while she visits my boutique. How May I receive USD CASH if the customer home currency is in PKR...

Good day, @Abbas S. 

 

You can only assign one currency per customer in QuickBooks Online (QBO). 

 

As a workaround, create a dummy account for the same customer and assign a foreign currency to it. Here's how:

 

  1. Go to Sales and select Customers.
  2. Click New customer.
  3. In the Customer information window, fill out the needed information.
  4. Select Payment and billing.
  5. In This customer pays me with field, choose the customer's currency. This is the currency that the customer uses to pay you for products or services.
  6. Click Save.

 

Once you add a customer and record transactions with them, you can't change the currency in their profile.
