How to add a total of quantity on invoices?

 Currently, we're unable to customize invoices in QuickBooks Online (QBO) to display the total quantity of items. However, you can submit a feature request to our software engineers, so they can review your suggestion and may consider incorporating it in our future product upgrades. To do that:

1. Go to the Gear icon.
2. Click Feedback.
3. Enter your recommendation, then Next.

Moreover, you'll need to record an invoice payment in QBO to mark it as paid. Otherwise, it remains open and unpaid on your reports.
