Welcome to the Community. I can help you can add stock inventory in QuickBooks Online (QBO) so you can put your items together. 

 

First, you'll need to turn on inventory tracking to add your items to the inventory. Here's how: 

 

  1. Go to the Settings menu, then select Account and Settings.
  2. Select the Sales tab, then click the Pencil icon in the Products and Services section.
  3. Turn on Show Product/Service column on sales forms.
  4. Turn on both Track quantity and price/rate and Track inventory quantity on hand.
  5. Click Save, then Done.

 

Once done, follow the steps to start adding each of your items. Here's how:

 

  1. Go to Get paid & pay and select Products & services.
  2. Select New to add a product or service. Then select Inventory.
  3. Add a Name* and SKU for what you're tracking.
  4. Select the category from the Category ▼ dropdown. Tip: Categories let you group your products and services together so they’re easier to find.
