How to add unit measurements to items

Know that we see the importance of having the feature to add units of measurement to your items inside QuickBooks Online (QBO). Upon carefully checking here on our end, the option to do so is unavailable. It's a great feature to have inside the program, and we'd recommend sending a suggestion to our Product Development so they can evaluate it and consider adding it for future program updates. We'll be happy to write down the steps to get you going:

1. Access your QuickBooks Online company.
2. On the top right-corner, click the Gear icon.
3. Select Feedback and then enter your comments or product suggestions.
4. Once ready, click Next to submit feedback.
