How to arrange invoice according to numbers

I'll provide different steps on how to arrange invoices according to numbers.

You can visit the All Sales section located under the Sales tab. From there, you'll have the option to sort the invoices by the invoice number accordingly.

Here's how:

1. Click Sales at the left panel.
2. Choose the All Sales section.
3. Click the Filter button drop-down arrow and choose Invoices under Type drop-down list.
4. Hit the Apply button.
5. Click the arrow beside NO. and make sure it's pointing upward to sort the invoice.

You'll also have the option to run the Invoice List report to show your invoices. From there, you can customize it to show the No. column with the invoice numbers in ascending sequence. Please follow the steps below.

1. Click the Reports menu at the left panel.
2. Go to the search bar and type Invoices List.
3. Click the small gear icon and checkmark the No.box.
4. Click the Run Report button.

Please note that there's no option to arrange an invoice according to numbers in the Transaction List by customer report. This report only customizes by invoice dates.
