Thanks for reaching out, Yee-Man-Szeto. I understand you're looking to change the title of an Estimate to a quotation in QuickBooks Online (QBO). I got more details about this.

 

Currently, the program doesn't allow you to rename system-generated titles. Thus, changing the estimate to a quotation within the program is unavailable.

 

Otherwise, if you manually send your estimates to your customers, you can customize the form to display as a quotation and then print it that way. Here's how:

 

  1. Go to the Gear icon and then select Custom form styles.
  2. Click the New style dropdown and choose Estimate
  3. From the Content section, tick the header section. 
  4. Go to From names and modify it to Quote
  5. Hit Done to save.  

                

 

Once done, you can click the dropdown in the Action column and click the Make default option to apply changes. Please see the screenshot below:
