How to check our total operating earnings(business profit)

How can we check our total operating earnings(business profit)?

for example.. total amount every month !

We've added Sales price and Cost on each Product information as the image below.

But cannot see the actual operating profit on any Report menu. (What we want : Sales price-Cost=?? )

So many types of reports in QB.. it's hard to find it out.

I've tried but and similar one but there's no data we added on "Cost"

 

Please let me know ASAP..!!!

To make sure that you get the total business profit, you'll have to enter transactions such as purchases, deposits, and sales to generate a report like Profit and Loss.

 

For example, creating a bill or an expense, making invoices and sales receipts, and bank deposit transactions. Once you've created these activities, this will fill data to any reports you run in QuickBooks Online.
