Good to see you here, accounts-blueaqu.

I've got just the steps you'll need to customise your invoice format.

Here's how:

  1. Go to the GearCustom Form Styles.
  2. Click the New Style button and Invoice. Then, follow Step 2 in this article: Customise invoices, estimates, and sales receipts in QuickBooks Online.
  3. Hit Done after.

Please see this sample screenshot for a visual guide:

You can also import your own template from a Word document. Before doing so, let's make sure the Import Style option is enabled in the settings.

Here's how:

  1. Go back to the Gear > QuickBooks labs.
  2. Select the toggle icon to turn on the Import Style option.
  3. Click Done.

Once done, go back to the Custom Form Styles page and select Import from the New Style drop-down menu. You can check out the step by step instructions here: Import custom form styles for invoices or estimates

Please don't hesitate to get in touch with me here if you have other question or concerns. I'm here to help you out again. Take care and stay safe!
