You can use the Message on invoice section in the invoice to display your customer's amount due in words, @ksrihari_ca.

Currently, there isn't an option to automatically show the amount due to the sales forms in QuickBooks Online (QBO). However, you can utilize the Message on invoice section as an alternative. Let me guide you how.

  1. Go to the + New button.
  2. Select Invoice.
  3. Enter all the necessary details.
  4. Go to the Message on invoice section and manually type in the total amount due.
  5. Click Save and close.

I've attached a screenshot below that shows the last three steps.

QuickBooks gives you the tools to create attractive and professional-looking invoices. With this, you can personalise your sales forms and add the information that matters most to your business.
