It's great to see you here, @smarttechfze-gma. You got me to help fix multiple currency concerns you have with QuickBooks.

If you wish to correct the multiple currency exchange rate of your transactions, you can update this in your currencies list. QuickBooks uses the new exchange rate you enter for the day.

Take note that you can use the rate for the whole day. If you want to use it again, you can re-enter the rate in QBO.

  1. Proceed to Settings ⚙, then choose Account and settings.
  2. Click Advanced.
  3. In the Currency section, select the Manage Currencies link.
  4. Locate the exchange rate you want to update and click Edit currency exchange in the Action column.
  5. Lastly, choose Save.

The currencies list displays the new conversion rate after you save the modifications. You can read this article to get more information: Enter and use your exchange rates.
