How to migrate QuickBooks online data to QuickBooks desktop in India? exportqbodatatoqbdt is not working here in India. What is the alternative?

Your time is up and your best option now is to use the exporter tool to export CoA , Lists and Transactions to CSV files.

Then you may consider to purchase a 3rd party service to convert your data to another accounting app (e.g QB Desktop US version) next week.

Fiat Lux - ASIA is correct. You can export the data in QuickBooks Online and convert them to QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT). The articles below will walk you through the complete steps, depending on the transactions/details you'll export.

As advised, you can also use a third-party application to help you with the converting process. QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT) allows integration with a number of third-party apps and software. 

 

  1. Go to the Help menu and select App Center.
  2. In the Apps for QuickBooks Desktop Marketplace window, search for an app from the field.
  3. Then, select the app from the list.
