How to remove TDS field from Invoice being printed, without disabling TDS for the customer?

I have enabled TDS option for customer. The invoice now shows the TDS filed and the final invoice value printed has TDS already deducted from it. Is there an option to print the invoice without TDS value, yet have the same captured for calclutions?

Allow me to share insight about printing the invoice without the TDS file in QuickBooks Online.

 

You can check on the customs form style and see if there's an option to print without the TDS value. If so, I suggest contacting our Customer Care team. They have the right tools that can connect with your computer in a secure environment and check your QuickBooks Online account. 

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Go to the Gear icon.
  2. Select Custom Form Styles.
  3. Find your template.
  4. Select the drop-down in the Action column.

 

To reach out our support:

 

  1. Click the Help menu in the upper-right-hand corner.
  2. Type in "Talk to a human", then press Enter.
  3. Look for I still need a human and click on it.
  4. Click Get help from a human or Contact Support Team.
  5. Select between Send a message, Schedule an appointment, or Get a callback.
