How to set op opening balances for AR with more details? For example, I have 2 invoices as opening balances. I would like the opening balances can have the every details.

Thanks for reaching out to us, userlily-xiang.

 

Your Accounts Receivable balance will increase every time you record an invoice and decrease when you apply a payment to it. You can create one for your "A/R opening balance" so you can enter the details too. You can follow these steps:

  1. Go to the + New button and select Invoice.
  2. Enter all required info like customer, dates, and products or services.
  3. Review it before tapping Save and close.
