How to show product description on payment receipt (not sales receipt) after I add payment to invoice? It seems only sales receipt can be edited but not payment receipt.

Right now, the sales forms that you can edit are Invoice, Quote, and Sales receipt. Once payment is received, the system generates a receipt. Though you're unable to modify the payment receipt, there's a way on how you can view the item description and this will route you to its receipt.

Let me guide you how:

1. Click the Reports tab.
2. Enter and select Sales by Customer Detail.
3. Click the small Gear icon at the right part and then Show More.
4. Tick the Receivables Paid box.
5. Click anywhere to exit the pop-up.
6. Click the Paid hyperlink.
7. On the Invoice page, click 1 payment.
8. Click the Date.
