How to view Inactive Products/Services

I'd be delighted to show you the steps on how to view inactive products or services in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

1. Go to the Gear icon.
2. Under List, choose Products and services.
   
3. Click the Filter icon.
4. Under Status, choose Inactive.
5. Hit Apply.
   

Now you're able to view all inactive products and service items.
